This is a passive EQ with two Boost bands and one cut band. The curves are very broad. All three bands are based on custom-made Inductors with an discret OpAmp for the gain. There are two options for the discret OpAmp. The first is a more modern designe and the second is a more vintage, very simple designe with much more harmonics.
